Negin – The most expensive type of saffron and has the highest quality. During the early harvesting season, the style of saffron (the yellow part)is separated from big and red stigmas that are connected in three branches, and we can obtain this voluminous saffron. The intensity of the color is within the rage of 240 to 260. Negin mainly produce in mid-September to mid- November and less in summer.
