There are two methods to reach all-red saffron: cut the yellow parts of saffron with scissors and use static electricity in order to secure the red and cleaner saffron. The intensity of the color is between 230 and 255.The intensity of color is more productive at early harvesting season of saffron (mid-September to mid- November) but is less in summer.
